We are not responsible for payment processing on those platforms. All sales of Route 617 Tix Planner are one-time purchases with no recurring subscription charges.
Refund policies for app purchases are governed by the policies of the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, respectively. For physical products sold through Amazon or Etsy, refund and return policies of those platforms apply.
All content, features, and functionality of our services — including text, graphics, logos, illustrations, images, software, and the overall design and look-and-feel — are owned by ADS Productions, LLC and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Route 617 Tix Planner is a planning tool and is not affiliated with the International Olympic Committee (IOC), LA28, or any official Olympic organization. Session data, schedules, and venue information are provided for planning purposes and may be subject to change. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of event data.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ADS Productions, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services, regardless of the cause of action or theory of liability.
In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
